Arrhythmias with more ventricular signals than atrial signals originate from the ventricle. These arrhythmias include premature ventricular complexes (PVC), ventricular tachycardia (VT), Torsade de Pointes, Ventricular Fibrillation (VF), Junctional Ectopic Tachycardia (JET) and accelerated junctional or accelerated ventricular rhythms.
To best classify these arrhythmias we will need to evaluate the rate, the regularity and the appearance of the QRS complex. A discussion of the individual arrhythmias and their AEG follows the algorithms.
